Shipping policy

Standard Addresses:

​Orders within Canada are all shipped through  Canada Post Letter mail or with Expedite Shipping(3-9 Business Days). Note that Letter mail will not have tracking. Our prices are the best rate we can get and are calculated by Canada Post at the time of your checkout. 

Orders within the United States are all shipped via the carriers Canada Post with standard air package(5-15 Business Days). Purchasers from USA understand and accept that any duty or taxes if applied by your Country’s customs are at the Purchaser’s expense.

International:

International orders are shipped via Small Packet International Air or Tracked Packet Air. Please note that you will be responsible for any and all taxes, customs fees or VAT charges related to your order to be paid by you at delivery. 

Approximate Shipping Times

Canada:

Most orders shipped within Canada should arrive within 3-9 business days after being dispatched. Please note an additional 1-3 business days for making your item is in addition to shipping time. Due to delays on the shippers end, or if you are located in a more remote location additional time may be needed for delivery. Letter mail may also take longer than package shipping.

USA:

Most orders shipped to the United States should arrive within 5-15 business days after being dispatched. Please note an additional 1-3 business days for making your item is in addition to shipping time. Due to delays on the shippers end, or if you are located in a more remote location additional time may be needed for delivery.
