 Embark Wood is a small woodworking and laser engraving business based in Southern Ontario. Embark Wood is the realized lifelong dream of woodworker Ryan Koch made possible with the immense support from his wife! After feeling dissatisfied with his career as an Engineer, he quit his job and enrolled in Conestoga Colleges prestigious woodworking program. From his time under a a prestigious Cabinetmaker in Guelph, to years spent finishing furniture, Ryan brings the same mentality to every product that would be expected in fine furniture.

Marrying together his creativity with his modern woodworking experience, every item is personally made by Ryan with the mindset of lasting a lifetime and not just something mass produced.
